When we look for an agent, we look for someone who isn't just "nice" or "friendly." We want what we call a "ball buster." We want someone who isn't afraid to do the dirty work and push everyone along in the process. A lot of agents say "Oh, that's the other agent" or "oh, we are waiting on the lender." Well, Melanie isn't afraid to make those calls herself! She is on her game. She returns calls right away. She remembers everything you've talked about. She works for YOU. If the other agent and seller in out in left field, she will call them out on it. She gets you the price you want to pay and tells you if you are out in left field too. She doesn't just want to get you into a home. She wants you to know if the home fits your needs. She works every day of the week. And if something falls through, she finds another way to make things happen. She doesn't just give up. I have absolutely nothing bad I could say about Melanie. If you want someone that will work for you and that isn't timid, Melanie is the one.

This was the first and only agent that helped me find a home. All of the other agents I had contacted regarding a rental just showed me the rental I was inquiring about. Melanie informed me of all other available rentals within my budget and with similar options. She made it very easy and stress free. I prefer dealing with one person who knows what I am looking for and is capable of letting me know when something new becomes available.
