Ms Miller exceeded my expectations as a real estate agent! She was always extremely quick to respond to my questions via phone or text message, arrived on time for our scheduled appointments, and was available per my schedule to show me homes. In addition, Ms Miller successfully interfaced with the seller regarding my concerns following the home inspection, and negotiated a final price which I was very pleased with! She also "walked me through" the electonic signature process which was a new process for me. Further, she recommended contacts for home owner's insurance and a home inspector. I had requested a quick closing of two weeks and she made it happen for me! I highly recommend Ms Miller!

Melanie Just finished helping me purchase my new home. Looking back, when in just beginning the process of looking at properties, after the first house or two she was able to pick up very easily on what my individual tastes are, as well as more of what I was looking for, mostly without even asking! This came in quite handy when we were looking at the next round of properties and she was able to narrow down just to ones I liked so we didn't waste my time. The focus was on me whenever I was in contact with her about anything, and she never left me hanging. Needless to say she was extremely personable and professional, as well as someone who was able to pick up the phone and one way or another, get things done. She also made an above and beyond effort to make it easy for me to get paperwork turned in, especially since I was on a strict time table. From the first e-mail all the way to closing, and even a few days after, she stayed professional, kept me in the loop, and found a listing with everything I was looking for. She has raised the bar in my opinion of agents and the process, and I definitely recommend her services, but don't just take my word for it, experience it yourself! You won't be disappointed.

We were totally new to the area and had no clue for where to even start looking for a home.
